When you arrive at our fantastic Parkstone, just a 20 minute journey from the main pubs and bars, you will be given a brief talk on what pole dancing is, its benefits and a few safety tips. A demonstration will be given before you do your warm up.
You'll twist, twirl and spin in this laugh-a-minute pole dancing lesson. Suitable for all ages, sizes and abilities, there’s nothing like watching friends and family learn to ‘fireman’! We promise you will have an awesome time, and learn a few tricks too!
