Classes

We have pole dancing lessons for beginners (suitable for people of all ages, sizes and abilities), intermediates (ideal for people who can do simple inverts unaided) and advanced (participants must be confident on a pole and be able to do complex inverts unaided). We have created a syllabus for pole dancers of each level to follow, and each class uses this as a foundation to teach new spins, tricks and routines.

Progressing through the syllabus takes time, with level one taking just a few weeks and level six taking months to master. Our sessions include a learning a routine once a month, as well as classes inviting you to bring moves you'd like to try. Each lesson also includes a warm-up and some time for strength and flexibility work. The completion of a level culminates in assessment, but this is not obligatory.

Our classes are limited to a maximum of 3 people per pole to ensure you get plenty of time to practice. Because of this, it is essential to book your place in advance. Classes do fill up quickly, so book now to reserve your space.
