Pole Dancing Hen Parties are the latest craze sweeping the UK. No matter what age, shape or size you are pole dancing brings out your seductive side.

At your Hen party we will show you how to tantalise your audience with the seductive moves and grooves of the professionals. We will teach you everything from the eye catching tricks, the slinky turns and the sexy poses to the floor work that holds it all together.

You will be taught how to perform a seductive lap dance, a skill that all hens need to acquire before marriage!

Our Hen Party package is a 2 hour pole dancing session.

When you arrive at our fantastic central Bournemouth location, just a 5 minute walk from the main pubs and bars, you will be given a brief talk on where pole dancing originated from, its benefits and a few safety tips. A demonstration will be given before you do your warm up.

We teach you some great pole tricks and wiggles and then a routine taking these into account. After you have learnt your routine we will show you how to perform an enticing strip tease and you have the opportunity to try some upside down tricks on the pole. Everybody then has the chance to perform the routine for the group and you are presented with certificates.

At the end of the session you will be shown some great poses for photographs and have a group picture taken.
