Our syllabus
We have pole dancing sessions for beginners (suitable for people of all ages, sizes and abilities), intermediates (suitable for people who can do simple inverts unaided) and advanced (participants must be confident on a pole and be able to do complex inverts unaided). We have created a syllabus for pole dancers of each level to follow. Classes will use this as a base to teach new spins, tricks and routines.
Each level will span the hour classes, with level one taking just a few weeks and level six taking months to master. Sessions will include a routine including individual spins, holds and upside down tricks suitable for the course level. Each session also includes a warm up and some time for strength and flexibility work. The completion of a level culminates in an assessment, where a certificate and badge can be gained.
Pole dance lessons are limited to a maximum of 4 (usually 3) people per pole to ensure you get plenty of time on the pole! Because of this, it is essential to book your place in advance. Classes do fill up quickly so Click Here now to reserve your space.
Our Bournemouth and Poole classes are taught by principals Eleanor and Isobel, along with experienced teachers Sian and Amy. All are professional pole dancers with up to 6 years dancing experience.
