Classes

We have a pole dancing class suitable for people of all ages, sizes and abilities.

Each class is an hour long and costs only £7.50 per week! In the classes we work on individual spins, upside down tricks, choreography, Solo Routines, Double routines and Assessments. Each session also includes some time for strength and flexibility work.

Several times during the year you will have the opportunity to gain a certificate and badge in Pole Dancing. In order to gain your certificate you will be required to partake in an assesment which will consist oif some individual moves and a routine. Assessments are very laid back and you will have plenty of opportunity to get ready fir it in the classes.

We have 6 poles and we aim to limit our classes to a maximum of 3 people sharing to ensure you get plenty of time on the pole! Because of this it is essential to book your place in advance.

Our Bournemouth classes are taught by Lucinda, Nichole and Eleanor, professional pole dancers with up to 5 years teaching experience. For more information about them please click here.
